Tayler Made Development is a multi-generational construction and development company built on more than 60 years of experience spanning Kentucky, Colorado, and Florida. Led by President and General Contractor Chase Durrett, the company represents three generations of builders- his grandfather, his father, and now Chase, each contributing to a legacy defined by craftsmanship, integrity, and enduring quality. 

Chase’s foundation in construction began at an early age, working alongside his grandfather and father and learning every discipline involved in building, from structural carpentry to electrical and mechanical systems. This hands-on upbringing fostered a deep respect for the building process and a comprehensive understanding of how exceptional homes are created. 

With more than 20 years of personal experience and the highest level of General Contractor licensing in the state of Florida, Chase leads Tayler Made Development. His career uniquely bridges commercial and luxury residential construction, with projects ranging from Amazon warehouse facilities and large-scale commercial developments to boutique small businesses, retail spaces, and ice cream parlors to luxury custom homes. This breadth of experience brings a disciplined, systems-driven approach to every project, regardless of scale. 

Today, Tayler Made Development specializes in high-end custom homes throughout Palm Beach County, applying commercial-grade planning and execution to refined residential construction. Chase’s background enables intelligent budget management, proactive problem-solving, and homes engineered for long-term performance, while delivering the architectural detail, elevated finishes, and livability expected in luxury residences.
